How returns work

  1. Go to My Orders and select the order you want to return.
  2. Choose the item, select a reason for return, and submit your request (where available).
  3. Follow the instructions for packaging and, if required, printing a return label.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed according to the store's policy.
